Every key is individually molded and specially printed on clear silicone. Today, Best Buy announced it is having a significant sale on these computers, marking them hundreds of dollars off. Also it matches my purse, so I have that going for me. Packaging should be the same as what is available in a retail store, unless the item was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. The Air is a splendid machine and the i7 iMac with the 580 graphics is a very powerful machine. Still, I'd suggest you do not buy them. Not—to our eyes—a silencing measure. This ProCase is not for impact protection. While I love the new space gray color that my MacBook pro came with, the black of the case adds a good color aesthetic. In both cases, they needed to send the entire computer in for repair as they apparently had to replace the entire top shell it is not possible to just replace a single key as was possible with more traditional keyboards.
But, as I've been saying for a long time now, the negative sentiment could force action numbers alone could not, and the issue has become toxic. The interesting thing about this keyboard is that it uses a totally different font from the traditional MacBook Pro keyboard. Using a keyboard case does slightly change the feel of your keyboard, but then again, so does spilling water on it. Even if you don't mind the corners, this is not a case you want to get. Still, this was the best out there.
This cover also makes your life easier by fitting tight to the keyboard such that it does not slip or slide during use. It's very stable and not noisy like my 2016 MacBook pro keyboard where each key feels different feel to type on and each key has a different sound lol. Various keys it's currently the 'k' key require that I hit them at a certain place on the key face; if I hit a corner, the key doesn't work. The case was already perfect, so the keyboard cover was just gravy. Warranties are good for that sort of thing.
That is until I started using the new Mac laptops with the butterfly mechanism. I would say by looking at it and using a Kuzy version in the past, that if you don't feel like buying another brand, it'll get the job done but it may not allow a lot of light through since it is really black. It is late where I live. My sleepy self walked into a Best Buy, and walked out with a several thousand dollar laptop. Still, it was a solution that worked and I'm pretty happy with what I have now.
I've had the same experience. Service may involve the replacement of one or more keys or the whole keyboard. However, I like it as a scratch- or dirt-protector. But it is obvious this case will not protect your laptop from fall impact or any impact with significant force. As management you would want that to go away really quickly. If not for the vacation, being without my laptop for just shy of a week as in your case would be problematic at best. I'm fortunate to have a compressor in my studio, so that sometimes works as well.

It's why Apple reversed course on the buttonless iPod shuffle and, finally, the 2013 Mac Pro. Besides being ill-fit and feeling like I was going to break my laptop by trying to force it on, the other case also cracked and broke apart within 2 months just from the pressure of being forced onto the laptop. An eligible MacBook or MacBook Pro purchased today, meanwhile, would be eligible for coverage under this program until June 2022.
